Dortmund loses against RB Leipzig

Bundesliga: Borussia Dortmund gegen RB Leipzig (Imago/U.Kraft)


Dortmund has taken its first loss in this season of the Bundesliga. Defeated in the previous 7 games, the lost 3-2 against RB Leizpig, last year runner up that is heavily sponsored by an energy drink company with the same initials. In a spectacular game in front of their home crowd, they not only lost the first time in this season, but also their winning streak at home that lasted for 41 consecutive games. As Dortmund fans have protested against the RB Leipzig policy of receiving huge pay offs from their sponsor, this defeat is an evern bitterer pill to swallow.
